加气混凝土作为墙体材料革新与建筑节能的重要组成部分，是一种经过多年应用，实践证明的一种替代粘土砖的理想墙体材料，它在各种墙体材料中具有较强的竞争力。国家在《十一五规划》中明确提出：“发展加气混凝土板材和年产10——20万立方米加气混凝土砌块生产线，蒸压养护，机械切割。”由于墙体改革的需要和加气混凝土制品所具有的优点，加气混凝土将是近十年中大力发展的一种新型轻质建筑材料。
As the important component of wall material innovation and energy-saving, it has been found that aerated concrete is an ideal wall material of replacing clay bricks that has been applied for many years, and it has strong competitiveness in variety of wall materials. It is obviously put forward that in Eleventh Five-year Plan:”develop aerated concrete plate and aerated concrete block production line of annual output is for 100-200 Thousand CBM, autoclaved cure and machine cut.” Due to the needs of wall reform and strong points of aerated concrete products, aerated concrete will be a new type of light building material in the latest decade development.
加气混凝土具有质量轻、保温性能好，吸音效果好，且具有一定的强度和可加工等优点，作为围护结构的填充和保温材料，被广泛地应用于建筑中，受到世界各国的普遍重视，成为许多国家大力推广和发展的优选建筑材料。我国已经成为生产加气混凝土的大国，同时也成为独立门类的新兴工业，生产原料来源广泛，特别是使用粉煤灰为原料，即能综合利用工业废渣，治理环境污染，不破坏耕地，生产的加气混凝土砌块，是一种替代实心粘土砖理想的墙体材料，可以满足国家建设部提出的建筑节能达到50%的建筑标准要求，可以推动墙体材料的改新，在工业废渣粉煤灰得到综合治理和利用的同时，能够享受墙改和税收等多项政策优惠，从而获得较好的环境、社会和经济效益，具有广阔的市场发展前景。

II. Manufacturing technique of aerated concrete
加气混凝土可以根据原材料类别、品质、设备的工艺特征等，采用不同的工艺进行生产。一般情况下，将粉煤灰或硅砂、矿渣加水磨成浆料，加粉状石灰、适量水泥、石膏和发泡剂、稳泡剂经搅拌注入模框内，静养发泡固化后，切割成各种规格砌块或板材，由蒸养车送入蒸压釜内，经高温高压蒸气养护形成多孔轻质的混凝土制品。

Aerated concrete could be manufactured with different techniques according to types of raw material, quality, technique features of equipments, and others. Generally speaking, mix coal ash or silica sand, slag with water and grind it into slurry, add lime powder, appropriate amount of cement, gypsum, foaming agent, and foam stabilizer, mix it and then inject into mold box, after the foaming and solidification, cut it into different specifications of blocks or plates, transfer into autoclave through steam-car. Through high temperature, high pressure and steam maintenance, form porous light concrete products.

三、生产设备装备
加气混凝土生产设备的选型和数量根据工艺设计方案而确定，由于加气混凝土生产工艺不同，形成体现工艺特点的不同装备技术。这些技术特点，都体现在切割机组上。它涉及到浇注形式、模具、小车构造、坯体的运送、脱模、切割、码架、进釜的方式等设备都大同小异。
III. Production equipment and facilities
Model and quantity of production equipments of aerated concrete are confirmed according to technique design program. Due to the different manufacturing techniques of aerated concrete, different equipments and technologies that reflect the characteristics of techniques are formed. These technique characteristics are all reflected on the cutting machines. It refers to pouring forms, molds, car structures, conveyor of clay body, stripping, cutting, key frame and way of enter the kettle.

1. 加气混凝土切割机
2. Aerated concrete cutting machine

　　 切割机是加气混凝土生产中的核心设备。加气混凝土生产在年产5m3以上，是必配的主要设备，是提高产品产量、质量不可缺少的设备。我厂在广泛听取专家、客户的意见和建议的基础上，根据原地面翻转切割机的原理，认真消化吸收国内外先进技术，扬长避短，集思广益，攻克难关，不断创新，自主设计制造的拥有多项优点的地面翻转切割机新机型。JQF-4×1.2-7.5型新一代加气混凝土全方位切割机，该切割机对坯体实行一步到位，六面翻转切割，因其工艺先进，不用二次吊装，减少了因多次吊装对坯体的损伤。该设备技术指标达到了JC/T 921-2003《蒸压加气混凝土切割机》标准的要求。
Cutting machine is the core equipment in production of aerated concrete. Annual output is for over 5 m3 and is the necessary equipment to improve product yield and quality. Based on the opinions and proposals of experts and customers and according to principle of reversing cutting machine, seriously digest and absorb the advanced technologies at home and abroad, play up strengths and avoid weakness, draw on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas, overcome difficulties, innovate continuously, independently design and manufacture new type of ground reversing cutting machine that is with a number of advantages. JQF-4×1.2-7.5 model, a new generation of full-aerated concrete cutting machine, it could settle a matter at one go to clay body, implement  6 flip reversing cutting. Due to the advanced techniques, it is unnecessary to implement the secondary hoisting, which reduce the damage to clay body due to repeated hoisting. Technical indicators of this equipment can reach the requirement of JC/T 921-2003 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine standards.

　　 该机是把块状生石灰经鄂式破碎机加工成一定的粉状，是加气混凝土的首要设备。

4. JJB stir casting machine, JSJ mortar mixer, JZW eddy pulping machine
搅拌浇注车浇注形式分为移动式（配动力20.7KW）和固定式（配动力18.5KW）两种浇注方式。搅拌采用螺旋式搅拌，使固料与料浆在短时间充分混合。砂浆搅拌机（配动力7.5KW）、涡流制浆机（配动力7.5KW）根据用户的原料不同，设备的配置也不同，进行合理配置。

5、铝粉搅拌机
叶片高速运转，将铝粉与水充分混合，为配料作好准备。
5. Aluminum powder mixer
Through high-speed running of leaves, fully mix aluminum powder with water and get prepared for ingredients.
6、JD吊具及模具
吊具和模具是生产加气混凝土必须配置的配套装备，可循环投入使用。吊具分自动和普通两种，与双梁双勾行车配套，用于脱模、吊运坯体等。
6. JD spreader and mold

7、模底板：四边选用方钢结构焊接而成，上铺8mm厚钢板加强钢性，防止变形损坏坯体。
7.  Baffle plate: four sides are welded together with square steel, and the upper side is with 8mm thick steel plate which could strengthen the steel to avoid to be deformed or damage the clay body.
模框：分活动式和整体式两种。侧板双层中空起保温作用，内侧板选用10mm厚钢板焊接而成，增加其钢性，防止变形，延长使用周期。规格（切割前毛坯尺寸）：4.15m×1.24m×0.65m
Frames include movable type and integral type. The lateral plate is with double glazing to keep warm, inner lateral plate is welded with 10mm thick steel plate, which strengthens the steel performance to avoid to be deformed and extend the life cycle. Specification (pre-cutting blank size): 4.15m×1.24m×0.65m
蒸养车：选用方钢焊接而成，与模底板、模框配套组合，运行平稳轻便。轨距：600mm

8、立柱支架
用于模底板上、下码垛，结构采用矩形结构，增强了上下层的稳定性，防止对坯体损伤。
8. Pillar stand
It is used on baffle plate, with rectangular structure, which strengthen the stability of upper and lower layers to avoid the damage to clay body.
9、摆渡车
输送模具及成品。行走速度24m/min，轨距2445mm，配动力2.2KW。
