haracteristics:
1、Way of Molding :adopts
vertical-oriented table-typed vibration,with the upper-mold pressed
and vibrating, forming the shape.
?? Block-Conveying System:the
Frequency-change Speed Controller makes the transmission of block
lumps smoother, able to avoide internal damage.
2.Hydraulic
System:the advanced designing of an integration of cutting and
gathering-together technology resulting from Chinese-German joint
venture ,is reasonably distributed and compactly laid out as a
whole, endowed with a high stable performance.
3.Electrical
Appliance System:It applies an international-standard
program-controlled appliance(microcomputer).The perfect function and
compact structure provide strong and reliable anti-interference.
There is a display screen for operators on the control panel( which
is already developed and displayed in Chinese) and the producing
process will be automatically supervised accurately. Import
components are applied throughout and relevant programs are
interlocked. Beside of this, automatic checking and calculating is
also set up.
4.Manual and automatic work:integrated circuit
control, the machine has a complete set of appropriate magnetic
switch controller, hand-operated switch controller as well as
functional controlling button. These tiny fits are easily used but
very safe and reliable.
三、Application Scope:
This device can be able
to mold either standard or unstandard
blocks, different shape with different mold container, such as wall
block, one side ground block and other special blocks, especially
ceramsite blocks. Because of the device’s good? adaptive property,
it is widely used, either solo use
or match use as the main producing body, among
large, middle-scale and small-scale companies.
